Een zeer fijne opvang. Zeker een aanrader. Elke keer brengen we onze dochter met veel vertrouwen weg. De leidsters zijn fantastisch! Eigenlijk de gehele organisatie wel. Ze denken met je mee, houden je op de hoogte en ondernemen veel leuke activiteiten met de kinderen. Op dit moment vindt er een verbouwing plaats. Die overigens tot nu toe super goed verloopt en waarbij we tevens steeds goed van het een en ander op de hoogte worden gehouden. Dit jaar wordt ook nog de tuin aangepakt. Kortom, het wordt alleen maar mooie en beter! Ons dochtertje voelt zich echt thuis bij Zo Kinderopvang aan de Van der Wyckstraat.

Wij zijn heel tevreden met deze kinderopvang. Lieve pedagogisch medewerkers, stimuleren kindjes in nieuwe dingen ontdekken en zorgen goed voor hen. We worden goed geinformeerd over hoe het gaat met onze kindjes. Ze gaan er met heel veel plezier heen en we laten ze met een gerust hart in de zorgen van de medewerkers. Momenteel wordt het gebouw opgeknapt en we kijken uit naar het resultaat.

Don't think I can recommend Zo (Especially this center) to anyone. All they care about is money, not your child! After looking at atleast 10 different daycares, we preferred to go with Zo daycare after we were assured that our infant will be well looked after, but that was not the case. Firstly, our kid was put in the class where he doesn't have anyone to play with, even after repeated requests to mingle him with other kids / bring other kids / take him out to the park (which aparently they show and sell as garden during the visit), no feedback was taken, as if we wasted all this time explaining to them what my kid likes. It came as a shocker that after 2 weeks when I asked have you tried anything, the answer was ummmm.... (no reply). They hear you, they don't listen to you, my kid was crying the entire time in their daycare, and they did not do anything to help, they just call - take your kid. Within the first 1.5 weeks, the teachers started to tell us that I don't think your kid will settle here, then they became so cold that they won't even say bye to my kid, once they hand over my child (after 2-3 hours), they would make relieved faces with each other, and it was so evident, they did not want him there. A couple of times, I had to call them to ask how my hold is doing, and they would say come take him... How is it that they are not proactively calling me, instead I have to find out from calling them.. this was so scary and second time, I lost trust. When raised this to their location manager they not only did not take my feedback into consideration, further, I had to pay for the entire month. When I asked why should I pay for 3 extra weeks, they asked me to keep sending my child, after all this... They wanted me to let me child continue with teachers who have sort of, told me on my face that we don't want your kid and location manager who are hardly trying to make my kid adjust (no taking him out, or doing anything we asked to make him settle). When I told them no, they cancelled all the remaining days in the app after they told me they are charging me. So, all they want is money (without even an apology or any empathy), which they have kept (nothing I can do because I paid in advance). Finally, I moved my child to another daycare and he settled in just like a charm, seems like the problem was not my kid, the problem was Zo daycare!!!
