Onze ervaring is negatief. Ze kunnen zomaar je contract ontbinden en sta je zonder opvang op straat. De leidsters van de opvang zijn echt super aardig. Maar de eigenaren zijn geen mensen mensen. Bij een eerlijke review bij het verlaten van de opvang krijg je als reactie dat ze je blokkeren op social media.
I'm very happy with The Kids Company and have had no issues. As a non-Dutch parent, I have always been treated equally and with kindness. I moved my child from another BSO to The Kids Company so he could improve his Dutch and interact with both Dutch and non-Dutch children who are also learning the language. The communication is very clear, and I truly appreciate the safe and welcoming environment they provide. The space is clean, smells fresh, and is well-organized. Their team is fantastic - always friendly, supportive, and professional. Highly recommend!
Bad experience - really didn’t enjoy any of the interactions at all. Especially communication I found them to be rude and very cold Seemed to me that they are very good at arguing and pressuring parents Not sure its the environment i want me children to be in
