I don’t know where else to post this, but I hope this will reach the child's parents. We live above SamSam and often hear children crying for 20-30 minutes during their outside playtime. No one comes to console them. This week, I couldn’t take it anymore and took a video of yet another child crying, trying to approach the teacher and being completely ignored by them. In fact, you can see the teacher purposefully walking away from the crying child. I’m attaching this video here. I’m sure the parents are not paying the extremely high fees for their kid to be ignored like this. UPDATE: I have removed the videos as requested; however, I urge you to discuss this incident with the child’s parents. I hope you will really act on this, as this wasn't a one-off incident. As I mentioned, we witness similar situations regularly when the weather is good and the kids play outside.

Wat een drama is SamSam kinderopvang. Je betaalt je een godsvermogen. Je krijgt daar voor terug een cracker en water. Warme maaltijden doen ze niet aan. In het begin deden ze dat wel nou de varkens lusten daar nog geen brood van. En wat een vreselijke organisatie draait echt alleen maar om geld . Ik beveel ze niet aan. Jammer dat ze kidtopia zo de grond in geboord hebben. Zogenaamd overnemen kidtopia beleid nou niet dus. Een keer iets lekkers is absoluut verboden .
