We love it here! The staff is very nice and caring, attentive to our requests, responsive, and always sharing nice updates and pictures. The facilities always feel clean and safe, warm meals and plenty of activities are also an important benefit for us. It was stressful for us, as to any new parent, to send such a small baby to a daycare, and the wonderful team of Pim group made it as easy for us as it can get. Highly recommend!

Veel gedoe met personeels te kort. Hun probleem wordt jou probleem gemaakt. Je wordt vaak gevraagd om je kind eerder op te halen. Voor de rest prima opvang.

Location manager was inexperienced. We were asked to cancel the days ahead but could not add it back if plan changed. The manager had very bad customer service and was unable to articulate clearly the policy. We had to go through all discussions up to the headquarter to correct the mistake front the manager
