Staff that works with kids is amazing (and that is the only reason I will give them 2 stars), but since the change from SmallSteps to Partou, they feel not happy as before. Kids can not see it, but we parents can. It feels like they are heavily underpaid. The other parents have the same feeling. Management and organization of the kindergarden is terrible. If you need extra days that is almost impossible to get. They are frequently asking us to pick kids from school as they can not organize enough staff. Or even cancel whole day for kids. On top of that, they are one of the most expensive ones in the area.
