I viewed plenty of kindergartens before placing my baby into one and I have been disappointed in most of the cases. When I first visited Kindergaden, I felt an immediate connection with the person who introduced us to the surroundings. All three teachers we have in my baby’s group are amazing. Very professional, we receive pictures, updates every day, they respond very fast to our messages via the app. The app is very well mentained and easy to use, let alone incredibly useful when you are stressed as a parent that you don’t know what your tiny one is doing. After 5 months my baby is in this kindergarten, I go to work relieved that I know she is in good hands. Cleanliness, organization, lekker warm meals and lots of other plus points. I am a very satisfied parent.

Update 15 December, 2022: My son's group is closed again with only 24 hours notice. Update 2 May, 2022: Just when I was feeling better about Kindergarden, today we had the worst experience yet. While on the way to drop off our son in the morning around 8:30, we got a call that his group was closed THAT DAY. Obviously this means we have no options to find alternative care. It's the first day of Meivakantie, did the administration really not plan better scheduling for this? You can't even blame it on Corona regulations anymore. At the very least you could have informed us before the weekend so that we could plan an alternative. Update 22 Dec, 2021: Things have been going better since October. We haven't had any unexpected closures. Not out of the woods, yet, but they do take good care of our kids and we've been fortunate to have the same teachers for a decently long stretch in the Baby / Dreumes group. Original Review: This daycare has grown tremendously since it opened at the beginning of 2021. Unfortunately, they've done so irresponsibly and have accepted more children than they can reliably provide teachers for. Over the past 2 weeks we have only had 50% of the agreed days where both of our children's groups have been open. Currently we are in a 3 day stretch with 1 of our children at home due to a closure. This is unacceptable. I understand that there is a teacher shortage, but to grow opportunistically and then blame the teacher shortage is ridiculous.

We’ve recently started sending our baby to Kindergarden a few weeks ago. The visit & intake were really personal and they took a lot of interest in understanding the baby’s needs to a fair degree of detail. The location itself and their facilities are great & the teachers keep us well informed during the day about our baby’s schedule. We look forward to increasing the number of days so we can experience some of the more developmental aspects of their program as well!
