Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. The staff, including the teachers, are extremely arrogant and unfriendly. You pay a high price for a place where they constantly complain — if you arrive five minutes early, they complain; if you’re five minutes late due to another commitment, they complain too. For the amount they charge, the service and attitude are completely unacceptable. The teachers are unprofessional, and the environment doesn’t feel welcoming for children. It’s not just my personal experience — I’ve spoken to several other parents whose children attended this daycare, and everyone shared the same frustration. Most kids simply don’t want to stay there, which says a lot about the atmosphere. After changing my daughter to a new daycare, I could see the difference immediately. The teachers there are truly attentive and caring. I’ve even had moments of being late, and they have always been understanding and supportive. Most importantly, my daughter loves going to daycare now — every morning she wakes up excited to go, which was never the case before. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a respectful, positive environment for their child.

Teachers at the place are veeryy nice.. the planning team responding to emails is unprofessional and hard to reach.
