Very crowded groups per class, complaining pedagogical medewerkers because of saying that they have many kids per group even if l saw them many times quite relax, sitting in their chairs and chatting while my baby was left alone on a corner, without support or toy.. crying alone.. it was difficult so see that as her mum. I took my kid of 9 months out there after 3 months. I was taking back an unhappy , sad and crying child every afternoon. In the morning the same difficulties not to go there back 😣 And the head of the medewerkers was complaining about a 9months old baby not to sleep at the same time with all other kids and not willing to eat at the same time , everyday.. It is just a baby, not a robot ! she needs time to get used to the new environment and this is a daycare not a military camp or prison. But it was impossible to understand our point of view for this team leader. They were perfect but my baby had to adjust herself without their help. What a strange approach!! My child is very happy with her new daycare and nobody forced her like they did at Jip en Janneke since the first time.. we are happy that all day cares are not like this one and they have a more human approach !!
